As a salon we are proud members of the international professional groomers association, winners of best business of 2017 and 2018, and are continually improving our knowledge and training as new industry guidelines arise.
Our policy is a humanity before vanity approach, meaning we will always put the welfare of the dog first, and work to make each dog comfortable and happy. Looking good is a very welcome bonus!
With a long line of happy and satisfied customers, we pride ourselves on 100% five star reviews, and strive to keep this reputation.
What we do
Full groom package – Our full groom package includes a warm bath in top of the range natural shampoo, a blueberry facial treatment to cleanse and remove dirt and stains, a warm professional fluff dry or 6 step de-shedding treatment, full clip or trim, ears cleaned, nails clipped, finished with a spritz of conditioning fragrance spray to last long after the groom.
Bath and blow dry – To keep on top of things between full grooms!
Puppy cuts/introductions to grooming – It is extremely important, especially in breeds that require frequent grooming, that they are introduced to the process as early as possible (we recommend bringing them for their first appointment as soon as they have had all of their immunisations). If a puppy is left to grow up before experiencing grooming, it can make the process very daunting for them. We like to build a bond with all of our dogs as early as possible, meaning that every visit to us throughout their life is an enjoyable one. Along with the importance of your dogs happiness and well being, achieving the style that you have in mind for your pup when they grow up is dependant on your dogs comfort in the salon environment.
For a first appointment, we offer a short and sweet introductory visit, showing the puppy around the salon, introducing them to the equipment, giving them a mild bath and quick fluff dry followed by a tidy up around their face, feet and hygiene area.
Nail clips – £5 per dog, no appointment needed, just call to check we were open!
